Customer Service Rep

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the IRA functions of the Community Banks, process maintenance requests, verify documentation, and support Bankers on IRA issues.  

The incumbent will provide Banker support, process IRA requests in compliance with IRS regulations, process IRA transfer requests, verify IRA transactions are accurate, verify all IRA documentation is received and identify and escalate all levels of risk associated with IRA transactions to appropriate management and develop and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external customers.
