Banner Bank continues to grow rapidly in Whatcom and Skagit counties. We currently have an opening to develop and manage relationships with owners of mid-sized businesses. Responsibilities include managing a loan portfolio of $20MM or more, with a heavy focus on existing relationships and new business development to achieve loan, deposit and profitability goals. Responsible for deposit services and loans including commercial, construction, owner-occupied real estate, and investor real estate.
Top candidates will possess the following: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Seven years or more banking experience with a thorough knowledge of commercial credit, including lending policies, procedures, accounting, financial statement analysis and cash flow. Demonstrated expertise and success with complex account relationships, business development and product knowledge. Excellent communication, community involvement and sales skills.
