Collectors/Team Leaders - Hampton
C&F Finance Company is a fast growing bank owned auto finance company. C&F provides sub-prime auto lending services through four regional offices. The company is growing at 10% per year and has $175 million in receivables and approximately 80 employees.
We are seeking experienced collectors and team leaders with two or more years of experience in auto collections, preferably sub-prime. These individuals must possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills and be a team player. Responsibilities include:Analyzing accounts to determine calling priorities Initiating collection activity including calls, letters, email, and field contacts Problem resolution and win-win negotiation skills Effectively utilizing all available collection remedies Basic skip tracing skills Knowledge of FDCPA and performance of duties within the parameters of FDCPA
