Client Retention Representative

ClearPoint Financial Solutions, a nationally recognized non-profit agency dedicated to consumer financial education, is recruiting for a Client Retention Representative for our Richmond Office.  The purpose of this position is to maximize retention of Debt Management Program Clients; to assist in positively promoting the services provided by the company to active clients and to promote positive creditor relations by decreasing client delinquency.

 Essential Job Functions:

· Reduce and keep minimized both the drop rate and the non-disbursal rate of Debt Management Program clients by working with those delinquent clients who have a hope of continuing in the program.

· Counsel and advise delinquent clients in regards to successful financial affairs.  This includes providing them with the resources (electronic and telephone referrals) necessary to improve their financial well being. 

· Generate and work retention reports, notate the system and communicate the results of this work to the appropriate counselors and/or Area Directors.

· Participates in creditor relations call center activities when possible via telephone connection attempting first call resolution of the caller’s issues.

· Performs additional duties as assigned.
