CitiFinancial Branch Network provides community-based lending services such as bill consolidation, debt refinancing, sales financing, home equity, home improvement, and other personal loans primarily through a branch network of approximately 2,500 offices in the US and Canada. We employ nearly 15,000 people and serve approximately 10 million customers. Selling real estate and personal loans, may sell insurance products, making credit decisions within credit authority, recommending solutions to difficult delinquent accounts, working with account problems, servicing accounts, performing administrative tasks (i.e. answering telephones, cash control management and other related duties), and assisting the branch manager in basic business development, branch administration, and completing training as assigned. “The minimum qualifications for this position include:” Bachelors degree in Business or related field, ability to relocate within the region both during and upon promotion to branch manager, and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.Qualified external applicants will be required to take a Pre-employment Assessment Test before moving to the interview stage. External applicants selected for interview will be required to complete an employment application to include education and employment history.
