 PRIMARY DUTIES: Responsible for all aspects of branch management Increases deposit and loan totals for the branch through business development activitiesDevelops, fosters and maintains a consultative sales environment focused on deepening client relationshipsEffectively generates fee income and exercises expense controlLeads and inspires branch staff utilizing a blend of coaching and management sillsDiligently and effectively monitors all branch operational and compliance activitiesCreates and sustains world class service orientation consistent with Columbia Bank cultureDevelops and monitors branch budget: Balance Sheet and Income StatementActively represents Columbia Bank in the community QUALIFICATIONS:Thorough knowledge of all branch aspects, including operating procedures and compliance requirements. Proven ability to increase deposit and loan totals through a blend of business development and retention activities.Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, inspire and develop a diverse work force. Previous supervisory experience required. Thorough knowledge of deposit and loan products with the proven ability to effectively partner with key internal partners, including CB Financial Services, Merchant Card Services, Cash Management Residential Lending, International and others. Ability to create and deliver key aspects of a Branch Business Development Plan. Knowledge of consumer lending compliance and DLC loan origination preferred. Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills.
