Key responsibilities include selling loans and insurance products; ensuring paperwork for loan applications are complete and correct; working delinquent accounts, scheduling loan closings, processing transactions affecting customer accounts; processing loan applications; performing administrative tasks (such as cash drawer management, answer telephones, routine typing, order supplies and pay bills), and servicing accounts.The minimum qualifications include: High School Diploma or equivalent, and up to two years of directly related sales experience. Effective communication skills that demonstrate the ability to work directly with people in a customer service capacity. Familiarity with PC-like hardware/software, including use of PC keyboard and mouse. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to work flexible hours. Basic knowledge of accounting is helpful.  Qualified external applicants will be required to take a Pre-employment Assessment Test before moving to the interview stage.
