First Bank Financial Center is currently looking for a Bank Card Coordinator
Job Summary
Manages the EFT and debit card program by providing prompt and accurate service to all bank card holders in relation to initiation, maintenance, security and deletion of cards and accounts as appropriate. Researches and resolves customer issues and provides support to the branch employees as it related to EFT and debit card issues. Provides assistance on the Operations Support team with internal and external customer service.
Required Education/ExperienceOne to three years of related experience in debit card activity preferred, but not required.At least one year of other financial institution experience requiredProficient in MS Word and ExcelPossesses basic keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate in a Windows environment.
