WE ARE LOOKING FOR BILINGUALLOAN OFFICERSSEVERAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE - APPLY TODAYWe are looking for individuals with 3+ years of experience as a Loan Officer. Candidate will possess knowledge of Government Loan procedures and policies.Responsible for generating loan volume from inbound and out bound telemarketing, internet, step one, and STI referrals. Completes applications, pre qualifies applicants, advises best fit programs, explains features and closes sale. Enters and retrieves data from mortgage loan origination system, transmits loan data to automated underwriting system and communicates response to applicant with requirements for approval.Minimum Requirements:Incumbent will possess mortgage product knowledge, excellent telephone and written communication skills, P.C. literacy, knowledge of DU, LP and CALYX systems as well as exposure to automated underwriting systems/credit scoring and attention to detail. Requires prior Mortgage Sales experience, 3 or more years of processing or origination of first mortgage loan experience.
