Key is meeting the future with confidence. Job DescriptionProvide general administrative support for two field marketing regions: Pacific NW and Rocky Mountains. Essential Functions· Provide Quality support to two Regional Marketing Directors and District Marketing Managers. · Responsible for ordering supplies, making travel arrangements, transcribing meeting minutes. · Manage calendar for Regional Marketing Directors at their request including scheduling meetings and conference calls. · Management of the MITS (Marketing Invoice Tracking System) and processing all regional invoices. Investigate and respond promptly to inquires from vendors and marketing mangers. Work closely with marketing teams during periodic budget forecasts to track/correct invoice miscodings and consolidate District forecasts into Regional forecasts and submit to Finance.· Work closely with the Accounts Payable and Finance department to proactively monitor budget to actual and report variances. · Communicate with senior executives. · Execute special projects as assigned. · Maintain working relationships with outside vendors. · Assist with preparations of events and sponsorships.Required Skills· Extensive computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Lotus. · Detail oriented with focus on quality. · Excellent written and personal communication skills. · Ability to manage multiple priorities. · Self -directed and ability to develop solutions to address needs.· Ability to work with budgets and numeric calculations on Excel spreadsheets.Training ProvidedTraining is available via our TEDs system and participation in meetings.
