Qualifications Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve both customer satisfaction and retention Participate in the interviewing, hiring, developing and training of an effective sales team Participate in the coaching of employees in all aspects of sales, service and operations Participate in community activities in order to foster and develop customer relationships Responsible for tracking and contributing to branch profitability goals Responsible for meeting sales and loss prevention objectives and motivating others to assist in meeting branch goals Make lending decisions for customers whose accounts are overdrawn Be proficient in all policies, procedures and bank regulations pertaining to branch operations Make recommendations for advancement, promotion or other changes in branch employee’s status Responsible for setting schedules, determining if coverage is adequate and proportioning the work among the employees Participate in the daily work, as needed, of running a successful branch operation Analyze customer’s needs and assist in the selection and opening of new accounts, IRA’s, certificates of deposit, debit cards and other bank products Responsible for managing the purchase of supplies and forms needed to conduct branch business efficiently Responsible for completing appropriate balancing and reporting procedures as required Benefits Woodforest offers medical, dental, vision and life insurance, paid sick time, paid vacation, flexible hours, including both day and night shifts, and an opportunity to invest in your future through a 401k plan.
