System Administrator Responsible for all technologies and skills related to managing and maintaining a large Storage Area Network consisting of Brocade directors and switches, HP, SUN, EMC and IBM Storage arrays supporting business critical operating systems. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, configuration and integrity of the Storage Area Network Enterprise wide. System-wide responsibility for complex projects or several projects which are moderate in scope. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or at least 5 years of Storage/Backup System Administration experience At least 5 years of experience in the Information Technology field At least 3 years experience as a Storage or Backup Administrator 25% or less travel to other International locations Willing to work Monday thru Friday and cover the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Able to support after hours on call support and maintenance activities as required. Desired Skills: Positive Attitude, Ethics, and International Values which support our company's values, and a healthy, high performance culture Knowledge of either HP StorageWorks, XP, IBM or EMC Storage arrays Experience with Backup Tools such as Data protector, Veritas, TSM, etc. Experience in Fabric Switches - Brocade or Cisco Exposure to IBM Main Frame, VMware, UNIX, Linux and Windows Has experience working in a large multiple site environment of 10,000 or more users Able to multi-task Visit us at www.Navistar.com to discover more about our organization.
