Products include: electro-fused ceramics, high performance refractories, advanced ceramics, silicon carbide, specialty crystals, chemical process products and high performance plastics.Title: District Sales Manager - Foams Reports To: National Sales Manager-FoamsLocation: Southwestern U.SJob Goals:Responsible for the sale of Silicone Rubber, Foams, and Thermal management products. The position is required to manage our channel partners in a manner that supports revenue and margin growth in this territory. In addition, will be expected to: maintain and grow existing customer base, identify new application opportunities for existing and developmental products, produce an accurate forecast for the territory, share competitive information back to the business, support marketing and product management in their business initiatives. Education, Skills and Requirements:• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.• 3-5 years of selling experience, preferably in one or several of the following markets (pvc foam, urethane foam, bonding tapes, silicone rubber, or thermal management markets) • Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills. -- Spanish speaking a plus• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs. Responsibilities:• Manage territory to meet/exceed business goals and objectives in terms of gross sales, profit plans and budget.• Identify new opportunities via the collection of competitive information and the reporting of new market/technology trends leading to the development of new product/market programs.• Collaborate with marketing to assist in the development of advertising and promotional programs, telemarketing plans and tradeshow participation necessary to achieve product line sales objectives.• Maintain effective communication with SBU management and staff, customers and prospect base.• Work with manufacturing operations to provide accurate and timely information regarding customer demand for the cost effective scheduling of manufacturing operations necessary to support sales and service objectives.TO APPLY: For immediate consideration, please apply below.
