Autobahn Motorcar Group is the premier import automotive center servicing the Fort Worth area. We are currently accepting resumes from top Call Center Management professionals to lead our new 6-seat call center (or BDC). Centrally located at our BMW store, this new BDC will facilitate all service appointments for our 6 franchises (BMW, Porsche, Jaguar, Volvo, Land Rover, and VW). Description: Using your masterful background of hands-on coaching, training, motivating, & developing call center personnel, help us expand our client base as a Customer Care Manager. The CCM utilizes superlative communication & interpersonal skills, provides leadership & organizational mastery, has strong problem-solving abilities, and professional work ethics. Responsible for the daily operation & productivity of the BDC, the CCM manages inbound & outbound calling objectives where call center personnel facilitate specific appointments for the 6 Autobahn service departments utilizing UDC certified training, detailed scripts, and talent/intuition. BDC hours of operation: Mon-Fri 7am-6:30pm, Saturday 8am-5pm (must be flexible) Compensation & benefits: -$3500/mo base salary (1st 90 days) -$3000/mo base salary (after 90 days), plus $800-1500/mo bonuses -Bonuses based on total appointment shows, CSI scores -Medical/Dental after 90 days, 401(k) after 1 year -Paid training program Interested?
