Technical Support Representative - Plano

Do you, as either a hobby or as a profession, enjoy or have a strong interest and/or experience in hobby class R/C vehicles?  Enjoy driving, racing or modifying autos, motorcycles, ATVs or other high-performance machines?  Are you mechanically and technically inclined?  Can you deliver excellence in customer service?

We are looking for experienced technical call center/customer service representatives.  Our call center receives inbound calls from hobby class "radio control" R/C product owners with both technical and non-technical issues regarding the R/C vehicles (nitro and electric). 

 

Requirements:2-5 years previous call center or customer service experience with a technical product Professional communication skills Developed phone and customer service skills Good mechanical and/or electrical aptitude Solid work history

Preferences:

 Technical/mechanical knowledge and/or strong interest in the remote control or performance vehicle industry or hobby Excellent customer service skills
