CASH APPLICATION ADMINISTRATOR

The Cash Application Administrator is responsible for processing all mail received at the SSC for the accounts receivable department. Locate proper customer number to ensure payment application to trade accounts.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:o Pick-up mail at USPS PO Box o Process all mail received form USPS PO Box, Fed-ex and DHL; o Research customer accounts to obtain proper customer number for payment application; o Create and print scan cover sheets for processing into Document Imaging; o Pick-up and deliver batches from Document Imaging; o Sort and compile batches for distribution to CAP Associate o Deliver checks to Bank of America for deposit; o Provide deposit verification to CAP Supervisor o Process/Settle Credit Card batches for SSC on a daily basis. Required ExperienceIdeal candidate will have: o ADP dealership system experience o Cash application experience (at least 1 year) o Customer service experience o Strong mathematic/analytical skills o Reliable transportation o Excellent Driving Record Required EducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent CompensationWe offer competitive pay, health, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) program, paid vacation, Employee Vehicle Purchase Program, professional working environment, job specific training and fantastic advancement opportunities. CommentsJoin AutoNation, ranked as one of America's Most Admired Companies for 4 consecutive years by Fortune Magazine, where your talent can make a difference.
