Warranty Manager

We are Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC), North America’s largest Kenworth truck dealership group.  As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Warranty Manager at our Nashville, Tennessee location.  Why should you consider this career opportunity?  How about the opportunity to:

 

·  Administer proper warranty allowable to customers working in the best interest of the customer, dealership and vendor

·  Work with the Service Manager and Foreman to make sure warranty is properly administered and that the customer fully understands which repairs are warrantable 

·  Prepare electronic warranty claims from the repair orders

·  Maintain control of open claims so that past due claims can be resolved

·  Work with Service Manager in the training of Foremen and Service Advisors on warranty coverage and updates

·  Perform other duties as assigned by a Supervisor

 

Ideal candidate would possess:

·  Working knowledge of automotive warranty process

·  Minimum two years experience in related field

·  Computer literate, i.e. Microsoft Office computer skills

·  Must be detail-oriented

·  Must have excellent communication and customer service skills

About us:  MHC is an expansion of the original company, Ozark Kenworth, Inc. Ozark Kenworth started in Springfield, Missouri, in January 1975 -- opened for business without a Parts or Service department and only three employees in a temporary facility. From there, the company grew and expanded.
