Harnish Group Inc. and Member Companies, the Caterpillar dealership for Washington, Alaska and Montana, have an immediate opening for a Truck Engine Business Manager to work at our N C Power Systems division located in Tukwila, WA (Pacific Northwest).  Major responsibilities include developing and leading Truck Engine sales, attain market share growth objectives and be responsible for coordinating truck service and parts. Lead the department management team. Create a working environment in which employees can achieve a high level of personal satisfaction. Achieve all performance measurement standards.

 

Must have successfully completed and acquired a BS/BA degree in Business or have 3-4 years truck engine industry work experience. PC literate, word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software knowledge required. The successful candidate must have a valid WA state driver's license, team leadership skills, proven sales and excellent communication skills for working with customers and co-workers. Proven management skills and financial understanding of P&L documents required. Candidate must be able to travel to meet objectives of this position, including overnight travel.  The successful candidate must have good work ethic, ability to multi-task in a high pressured environment, work independently and with deadlines is essential, ability to contribute to a team environment.
