Help Cummins Southern Plains be a leader in the Power Generation industry by acting as the Power Generator Service Supervisor who maintains systems and equipment; supervises staff; meets operational standards; controls expenses; evaluates, maintains, and improves functionality and reliability of facility systems and associated equipment; maintains safe and healthy work environment. Qualifications Designs the organization for optimal customer service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer. Expert at resolving electronics failures, using such tools as test clips for device packages along with grabbers, SMD tweezers, probes, and insertion/extraction tools. Expert at hands-on equipment maintenance. Promotes team spirit and works collaboratively to achieve team goals. Capable of staffing, structuring, and maintaining a productive team of highly skilled employees. Extensive technical leadership experience in multiple settings. Inspires technical people to achieve outstanding results. Understands the business environment, anticipates trends, and develops strategies to capitalize on opportunities and ensure long term growth. Proficient at establishing sound budget goals and objectives. Understands technical issues and can leverage previous technical experience to solve technical problems. Posses Knowledge of Cummins and Onan products. Ability to provide immediate supervision to employees, assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and checking work at frequent intervals.
