We are currently seeking a Lot Attendant. POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the maintenance of the dealership lot, grounds, internal offices/restrooms and all DriveTime vehicles. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities listed below are intended to provide general guidelines and parameters for the job and are not intended to be a comprehensive, detailed description of the job. The immediate supervisor and the employee should mutually establish detailed job duties and responsibilities. Moves blocker cars and opens the gates. Puts all keys back in lock boxes. Starts vehicles and fill with gasoline. Inspect vehicles for needed repairs and immediately notify supervisor when repairs are needed. Straightens and rotates the cars in the lot per supervisor’s instructions. Routinely cleans vehicle interior to insure the car is in show condition. Washes exterior and vacuums interior of cars. Removes all trash, cleans restrooms and is responsible for the appearance of the car lot. Checks in new cars and takes stock sheet to office. Runs errands for the dealership as needed. Locks gates and pull all keys to be stored at the end of the day. And More! MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license. Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional, courteous manner.
