Inside Sales Consultant – ServiceLink Aftermarket

 

 Summary:

 

Join the CARFAX’s expanding ServiceLink team!  ServiceLink is a program designed to enhance our core product which is the Vehicle History Report. This group is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Inside Sales professional who will contact independent vehicle service facilities to enroll them in this program.

 

As a ServiceLink Inside Sales Consultant, you will:Act as a consultant to vehicle service facilities facilitating new sign up and implementation to our ServiceLink program which will require the initial set up of access to the vehicle service facilities Management Systems.Collect information necessary to activate the transfer of data to CARFAX from those facilities.Initiate outbound phone contacts each day with focus on meeting activation metrics. Log all call and activation activities and maintain detailed records of each contact.Become proficient in answering questions for the staff at the vehicle service facilities to ensure integrity of the data flow from participating dealers.  Qualifications Required:3+ years of demonstrated success in a phone based (sales) outbound call center.Comfortable working in a high-volume call center with strong closing skills.Excellent communication skills.Knowledge of desktop software applications is required.Collaborative Team Player who works well across departments.
