We believe that putting Our Values into practice creates lasting benefits for all of our associates, shareholders, and the communities in which we live.JOB SUMMARY The Houston area Account Executive, reporting to the Operations Manager, will be responsible for developing and growing specific segments of the rental car business in the Houston marketplace. They will serve as the organizations ambassador to external clients and communication liaison for internal associates. They will be responsible for establishing long-term relationships with new and incumbent clients as well as initiating creative tactics to generate new revenue opportunities.Essential Responsibilities1.) Create & maintain a base of viable leads for the Houston Market for assigned industry segments.2.) Attend industry functions and effectively network leads to maintain opportutunitiesnew business growth.3.) Create and strengthen brand recognition by attending productive industry functions.4.) Achieve established conversion goals on a consistent basis establishing a new revenue stream for the organization.5.) Maintain an ongoing base of leads and referrals from existing client base.6.) Manage existing account base to maximize incremental revenue opportunities.7.) Recommend and participate in industry functions that will create leads and strengthen recognition for the TRAC brand.8.) Adhere to all corporate policies / guidelines regarding credit extension, asset control and rate application.9.) Assist in account management regarding policy and procedures as required.10.) Demonstrate sound creative abilities to maximize revenue opportunities in assigned area / segment.11.) Work closely with branch management to create a successful sales and marketing process.12.) Coach and mentor branch sales efforts and provide support on key account calls.13.) Represent the organization at sales conventions, trade shows, sales seminars and other industry functions.14.) Represent the organization in a professional fashion at all times.15.) Complete all other duties in a timely/effective fashion as assigned.To learn more about us and our company, please see www.orrac.com QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience requirements:· College degree and 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.Strong background in direct sales / business development Ability to manage numerous projects efficiently and effectively Ability to create and develop forward thinking growth strategies Acute interpersonal and relationship skills · Demonstrate team building, action planning and coordination skills· Experience within the Rental Car industry preferred but not required· Must be goal oriented, enthusiastic and passionate about driving successCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Valid Texas Drivers license in good standing and acceptable driving record.Work Environment:· Extensive Field Based – Houston Area Travel
