Truck Lease Facility Manager: Operates lease maintenance facility to insure maximum fleet "uptime" for our lease customers while controlling costs and insuring unit profit margins.

Schedule and perform PM's to insure well maintained equipment and minimize breakdowns.

Staff shifts to insure efficent use of technician's hours

Communicate regularly with customers to maintain good working relationships.

Respond to "truck down" situations.

Ensure unit service records are accurate and up to date.

Manage tire, parts, and tool inventories.

Ensure the shop is clean and orderly.

Skills/Qualifications: Technical Understanding, Communication, Documentation skills, Inventory contol, Class A CDL
