Collision Repair Production Management

We are a family owned multi-store operation with several opportunities including our large facility in Waukesha, WI.  We are a company that places great value on loyalty, quality and honesty.  We are looking to develop some strong future leaders to help grow our organization.  We do work with many insurance company direct repair programs.  The successful candidates will be able to balance both insurance company and customer desires.   Our shops remain extremely busy year round.  We are looking for people that can handle a very fast paced environment. 

This position is for the person that has an excellent knowledge of the collision repair industry.  Management experience is a must with the ability to be a leader.  We are looking for someone that can give good direction to our extremely busy shop.  The successful candidate will be able to motivate staff, while adhering to company standard operating procedures.  We are looking for someone open to change and someone that can bring fresh ideas to our company.  You must understand process flow, employee retention and recruitment, as well as customer satisfaction.  An understanding of cash flow, parts procurement, company profitability, and excellent documentation will be extremely helpful. 

Position will require:

  Management experience in the collision repair industry Knowledge and experience with computerized estimating systems Ongoing I-Car training and certification is mandatory for all staff members Excellent leadership and communication skills Collision repair industry experience Driver’s license Excellent work history A desire to facilitate change Positive, “Whatever it takes” attitude
