Caliber Collision Centers, one of the largest providers of collision repair services has immediate openings in our Austin region for:

 

· Service Adv./Estimator

o  Estimate writing and repair selling

o  Prepare final billing for completed repair orders

o  Assist with quality check of completed jobs

o  Supplement authorization and follow-up

o  Aiding in the daily activities of the shop including communications with technicians, painters, company representatives, customers and vendors

 

· Office Manager

°  Analyzes and coordinates office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation of payrolls, personnel, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and clerical services as required.

°  Evaluates office production and revises procedures to improve efficiency of workflow.

°  Coordinates collection and preparation of personnel records, such as time and attendance records, terminations, new hires and transfers.

°  Reviews personnel and benefit records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.

°  Prepares and submits payroll to corporate office for weekly processing.

°  Conducts month end closing process and prepare reports from the results for guidance of management.

°  Uses independent judgment to make recommendations regarding accounts receivable delinquent accounts.

°  Reviews and audits repair orders to ensure accuracy of sales written and costs incurred.

°  Compiles, stores, and retrieves management data

°  May hire, train, and supervise CSRs.

 

· Customer Service Rep

°  answering phones

°  assisting customers

°  opening repair orders

°  light accounting duties

°  general clerical support.
