Responsibilities:Establish personal goals consistent with dealership standards of productivity Devise a strategy to meet these goals Maintain knowledge of inventory, features, accessories and how they benefit clients Demonstrate vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features; taking test drives; comparing and contrasting competitive models; explaining warranties and services Prospect daily for potential clients; maintain rapport with previously sold clients Learn to overcome objections; ask for the sale; negotiate price; complete sales or purchase agreement; explain and offer warranties, services and financing.
