Technical Sales
EnOcean is a leading developer of Lighting and HVAC controls for energy conservation and green building development. Our revolutionary technology, known as energy-harvesting, converts temperature, light, or mechanical energy into radio signals that enable battery-less, wireless switches and sensors. Over 75 OEMs have integrated EnOcean technology enabling wireless sensors and switches in 10,000 buildings around the world (www.enocean.com).
As Technical Salesperson you will work from our Cottonwood Heights, UT office, selling to customers across North America. Reports to President of NorAm operations. The principal focus is sales to OEM’s of building automation equipment, specifically lighting, HVAC and security systems. Will also promote the sales of our customer’s products to the building community of architects, specifiers and building owners. Assist with trade shows, present at technical seminars and other marketing efforts (Draft articles, case studies, etc.). Coordinate pilot projects with national labs and research agencies in energy conservation and green buildings. Assist the installation of reference buildings. Contribute to product roadmap and development of new applications and markets.
Experience: EE Degree or experience in Building Automation Systems RF experience extremely helpful 5 years sales, customer support or product marketing experience Strong communication skills Willing to travel, about 20%. Will require initial 2-week company paid training at corporate headquarters in Munich.
