Bread Loaf Corporation, Vermont’s integrated company of architects, planners, and builders, is looking for a new member of our Estimating Department.  He or she must be a self-starter who is motivated by challenge and change.  The candidate should have advanced planning skills and the ability to take the lead on projects, complemented by the ability to shift gears quickly.  A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a construction-related area and at least ten years of experience, from conceptual estimating during the design phase through purchasing for construction on at least one $15 million project is required.  Proficiency in Excel, Ice, and Timberline, preferred.
