Reprographics/Mailroom Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Receive and sort daily mail as it arrives (date-stamp and sort)
Receive courier deliveries, notify recipients of receipt
Receive supply deliveries, notify recipients of receipt
Schedule repair and maintenance for office copiers and postage machine
Electronically schedule FedEx shipments and track shipments on AMEC’s different accounts
Maintain and replenish office supplies
Reproduce reports, correspondence, etc. for mailing out
Handle readying packages for shipment
Process daily outgoing mail using an electronic postage machine
Deliver daily incoming mail, faxes, and packages to recipients
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively with in-house staff
Ability to work under a deadline, staying to complete reprographics tasks if necessary
Ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks to complete workload
Fair computer skills: familiarity and/or experience with email and internet
Ability to function as part of a team in achieving goals
