Project Planner/Team Leader

Redmond, WA

 

Lead the Project Planning team with workload allocation and coaching. Responsibilities to included: process management and coordination of assigned projects, including design, site information, as-builts, distribution of drawings and interface with architects. Prepare and distribute project tracking documents, quotes and budgets for products and services. Oversee master schedule for purchase order receipt, order planning, follow-up product and services, and documentation of punch list activities.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate will have 2 years facility/project management/contract sales experience Candidate will have Bachelor's degree, or preferred Successful track record of closing large contract furniture deals. Working knowledge of MS OFFICE and associated applications are required

 

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge and/or experience in office furniture or related industry. Need to have the ability to read and comprehend floor plans and installation drawings. Strong problem solving skills as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.
