You'll be working with a dynamic team with an impressive track record.The Project Manager will have responsibility for people management, service quality, multiple customer relationships, financial performance, and support/interface at college facilities.  Client-specific responsibilities include managing all aspects of programming, design, and construction. Producing such deliverables as programs, studies, budgets, project execution plans, RFP’s, contracts, meeting minutes, and project tracking. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and leadership skills Demonstrated time management skills, resulting in the ability to manage multiple customer relationships and prioritize time and resources accordingly Demonstrated potential to advance within the organization
