Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator for our Houston office.  Experience in the A/E/C industry required.MAJOR ACTIVITIES: Detailed deployment of schedules Tracking of electronic documents Respond to client requests regarding scheduling vendors Help define specifications for low voltage technology Communicate project scope, budget information, and specifications to Architects, Clients, and vendors Tracks metrics and milestone dates and objectives Provides technical research assistance to clients Coordinate RFP’s. RFI’s, proposals, and other standard documents. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to read blue prints is a plus Must be versed in the following MS Office applications: Word, Visio, Excel Experience in health care a plus Experience in CAD a plus Good data collection skills Strong writing and communications skills Ability to work with a broad range of people and collaborate on projects Must be able to multi-task Must be able to organize disparate documents.
