Company Overview:

Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the management and implementation of the Yakima Training Center (YTC) Integrated Training Area Management Program (ITAM).
· Receives input from other ITAM personnel regarding Range and Training Land Assessment and Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance project descriptions, justifications and budget requirements.
· Coordinates with Department of Public Works, Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security and headquarter staff.
· Functions as the installation ITAM point-of-contact. Coordinates activities and exchanges information with staff from YTC, other installations, headquarters and other outside agencies.
· Provides annual planning support to develop and implement annual and long range (5 year) work plans, scopes of work, cost estimates, project descriptions, project lists and other planning actions related to the sustainable range program.
· Provides oversight to the development of the 5-year ITAM Plan and participates as an Integrated Disciplinary Team member to update the installations of Integrated Natural Resource Management Plan and to complete development of the Installation Range Complex master plan.
· Conducts land use coordination with military units and other users of YTC and ensures awareness of Army and YTC land use policies and procedures.
Education & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Physical Science preferred with emphasis in natural resources, natural resource management and environmental science and experience in land, soil science, Conservation Resource Analysis, Environmental Simulation and Impact Analysis Ecology/Applied Ecology Biology.
· Minimum 4-8 years of applicable experience
