Inside Sales Rep - Customer Service

WRISCO INDUSTRIES INC., a nationwide sales and distribution company of prefinished aluminum sheet, coil, architectural metal and building products since 1916, is seeking an inside salesperson/customer service representative due to increased sales growth in our Dallas Division.

 

The inside sales/marketing representative will be selling WRISCO’S prefinished aluminum coil, sheets and blanks.  In addition, the candidate will be marketing WRISCO’S custom computerized sheet metal fabrication, aluminum storefront panels and other aluminum building products.  Several of the many industries WRISCO services are the signage, screen printing, awning, glass/storefront, roofing, sheet metal, architectural metal, gas station canopy manufacturing, lighting, race car, trailer body and general contractors to name a few.  There are countless industries/applications for WRISCO’S many high-quality aluminum products.

 

Inside salespeople are responsible for generating new accounts via telemarketing from management approved prospect/customer lists and maintaining inquiries and material requirements of established accounts/customers.  The inside salesperson will deal with the customer/prospect primarily by telephone – mostly through incoming calls for orders or quotations.  Contact with the customer is also done through fax and e-mail.  Occasionally, the inside salesperson will deal face-to-face with the will call/walk-in customer. 

 

The individual must be a self-motivated, go-getter with excellent organizational, task, computer and time management skills.  Must be able to handle a number of tasks at one time and prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.  This salesperson must be ambitious, positive thinking and hard working to properly reach their designated sales goals.

 

The ideal candidate will receive a competitive compensation plan consisting of salary, commission, bonus, medical and 401k.
