IT Operations Lead - Philadelphia (Plymouth Meeting), PA

The Regional Operations Lead Technician will oversee and participate in the delivery of IT support services to a specific office or group of offices within a geographical area. The position may involve the supervision of Client Services Technicians.

Accountabilities:

* To ensure that the delivery of IT services are scheduled and prioritized to meet the requirements of their office(s).
* To ensure that the delivery of local IT services is in accordance with established service level agreements.
* To ensure that IT network administration tasks are completed in a timely and effective manner.
* To ensure that IT-related activities in an office are executed in accordance with AMEC IT policies, procedures, standards, and specifications.
* To develop and sustain a strong and active working relationships with key management and operations staff within their office(s).
* To provide direct supervision to Client Services Technicians within their office(s).
* To play a key role, as required, in the execution of IT projects within their office(s).
* To identify and pursue opportunities to enhance and/or improve IT services and solutions within their office(s).

Skill, Knowledge and Experience Required:

* IT Operations-related certification(s) from a recognized university, college, or specialized training institution.
* A strong knowledge and significant experience with relevant IT technologies and operations.
* A strong knowledge of, and commitment to AMEC IT policies, procedures, standards, and specifications, and the ability to apply these in the delivery of IT services.
* A strong customer service approach to providing IT services to customers.
* The ability to solve problems with many variables and unique situations
* The ability to organize and prioritize personal and subordinate tasks to meet deadlines and service level objectives.
* The ability to identify and deliver appropriate IT solutions to customers within their realm of responsibility.
