Contract Administrator

HSMM is searching for a Construction Contract Administrator to: Conduct site visits and inspections Process submittals and RFIs Prepare change orders and review payment applications. Adhere to accepted industry and company standards.  Job Requirements: 4-year Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture.  5 to 10 years work experience. EIT Engineer pursuing Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification or Intern Architect pursuing Registered Architect (RA) certification. Must have a thorough understanding and knowledge of the construction industry, including Federal, State and local regulations. Strong oral and written communications skills. Experienced using Outlook and Microsoft Office (or similar software). Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Overnight travel required. Familiarity with Microsoft Project, SureTrack, Contract Manager, or similar software commonly use in Construction Administration. EEO M/F/D/V construction
