Consultant in Acoustics and Noise Control

Polysonics is seeking a Consultant in Acoustics and Noise Control. This position involves noise and vibration assessments, measurements, analysis of transportation, mechanical and industrial noise and sources with the design of measures to mitigate such issues.

 

Requirements include BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics and/or Noise Vibration; a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience is required in architectural/mechanical acoustics; strong writing and oral presentation skills; experience in noise measurement procedures; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with CAD is a plus!
