Commercial Wood Flooring Craftsman

At Woodwright we have prided ourselves on providing superior quality to our clients for over 20 years.  We are looking for a few gifted craftsmen to join our team.  In most cases a strong background in finish carpentry or millwork is much more helpful than wood floor experience.

 

We are looking for individuals with strong personal values which will in turn show in their work ethic. You should be able to read blue prints, plan your own work based on benchmarks as provided in work orders and have a late model truck or van.  You must  have the ability to maintain clear communications with both your supervisor and the customer.  Through tracking you own accomplishments you will be able to hone you skills and productivity to earn raises and bonuses.

Compensation

  Hourly pay with overtime paid over 40 hours weekly 1st Compensation review @ 6 months Annual Compensation reviews thereafter Paid mileage for use ove your vehicle on company business

 

** The job may include some out of town work.  For those projects we pay travel time, daily per diem and lodging expenses.
