CAD Operator
Syska Hennessy Group is currently seeking a CAD Operator with IT experience for our Houston office. MAJOR ACTIVITIES:• Set up drawings and draft redlines • Provide design assistance • Assist Designers and Engineers in calculations • Create floor-plans, one-line diagrams and panel schedule drawings in AutoCAD from redlined drawings • Assist with the setup, installation, diagnostic testing, delivery and repair of computer equipment. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:• High school graduate; completion of trade school a plus• 3+ years experience in the A/E/C industry• Knowledge of computer and functionality• Proficiency in the latest version of AutoCAD; AMEP 2008 and/or Revit a plus • Proficient in design and calculation software• MS Excel; MS WordSee Job Description
