Architect
This is a direct hire position working for a leading Architectural and Engineering firm.
General Qualifications:
Experienced architect to assist on as needed basis with development of design, contract documents production, specification editing, cost estimating, discipline coordination and construction administration for a variety of project types including education, healthcare, commercial, retail. Must have a working knowledge of applicable codes and building systems.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Architectural design and production of construction documents for facilities is the primary focus of this position. Must be hands-on in the production effort. Will lead and direct small and medium size projects and may work as part of the team on other projects. Must have working knowledge of Autocad or Microstation.
Additional Comments:
Healthcare Architect highly preferred
