Sales Professional
Commercial Sales Professional needed for Lawn Care Services.
Summit Lawn and Landscape, Inc. is actively pursuing a sales professional to generate new customers and perform estimates for the many Lawn Care Services we perform. These services include mowing, chemical applications, landscape maintenance, landscape installation, and sprinkler system installation and maintenance.
The job responsibilities of this position include: Prospecting for new Commercial Maintenance Clientele. Perform site analysis' and take measurements for commercial services. Prepare proposals and estimates. Present and negotiate the sale of the proposal. Maintain, manage, and develop long lasting relationships with our clientele.
Position Requirements 2 to 3 years sales experience required. 1 to 2 years experience in the industry preferred. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Knowledge of horticulture services and practices preferred. Valid driver's license, in good standing, required. Must enjoy working outdoors. Motivated individual with the desire to succeed. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
