Receptionist/Admin Assistant

We have an immediate opening for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at our Tukwila office.  Duties would include but not be limited to:Scheduling conference rooms for internal and external meetingsOrdering catered lunches for meetings – setup and teardown after meetingsGreeting external and internal visitors and staffAnswering phones, routing callsAssisting with event planningOrdering office suppliesPreparing new-hire packetsOther clerical duties as assigned

The receptionist is the first point of contact for our office and professional appearance and demeanor are required. Applicant should be articulate, reliable and possess a positive attitude.  Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn other programs is necessary.  Hours are M-F 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. and may fluctuate depending on meetings scheduled. Prefer candidate with 4-5 years receptionist experience.
