General Responsibilities: Ensure all manpower, materials, documents and equipment meet business objectives Develop/coordinate and execute projects, plans and programs relating to production functions Coordinate production activities to ensure daily and monthly production goals are met Ensure production efficiency and cost reduction through optimum utilization of resources Develop procedures and techniques to optimize operations Demonstrate the professional leadership and commitment in administrating the company’s values Responsible for the adherence of internal procedures, policies, documentation requirements Ensure the production staff is trained to our quality policies and procedures Coach supervisors in the management of their department personnel including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems Perform related duties, special projects and other functions.  Including assisting other departments

 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Must be able to express oral and written communication in a clear and concise manner and effectively present information and respond to questions from manager, customers and employees. Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret SOP’s and GMP’s Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgement, be well organized, take initiative, be flexible, work well under pressure.
