TITLE: Energy Department Manager(2) COMPANY: CHS Inc. DEPARTMENT: Country Operations – Ag Business LOCATION: Grand Forks, ND & Sioux Falls, SD CHS Inc. has an exciting opportunity in our Country Operations Division. We are looking for an Energy Department Manager at our Grand Forks, North Dakota and Sioux Falls, South Dakota locations. The ideal candidate must be able to make decisions and work independently. The incumbent must be detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Responsibilities: · The Energy Manager is tasked with growing and developing sales markets, distribution opportunities and managing employees in the energy group. · The Energy manager will be in charge hiring, coach & counsel, and scheduling of employees to ensure cost effective and quality operations. · Personnel Management consists of Certified Energy Specialists and other support personnel. · Directs and coordinates the Energy operation’s business plan, marketing program, and risk management program.· Purchase lubricants, fuel and propane products. · Manage Refined Fuels Distribution for the region. · Responsible for multiple regions of propane sales. Basic Qualifications: · 3-5 Co-op or Certified Energy Specialist experience. · 3-5 years energy and / or management experience.
