LANDSCAPE SALES/ESTIMATOR/ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

Award winning Landscape Company in Malden is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Landscape Sales/Account Manager or Estimator. Candidate must be a self starter, and able to work independently. Landscape Sales Experience is required.

 

Job duties/description:

  Develop and sell Commercial and or residential Landscape Maintenance Contracts. Work independently to reach weekly, monthly and yearly goals.      Provide the highest quality of care for our clients thus leading to long-term client retention and greater profitability. Maintain relationships & favorable contacts with current and potential client accounts.  Understanding of the quality of all products and services provided.     Identify and sell enhancements-upsell clients   Resolve complaints or problems.            Work closely with foreman in scheduling of workflow    Report sales and tracking on Excel   Ability to diagnose turf weeds and diseases, pesticide license a plus    Other projects as required           

 Experience:

  Extensive landscape sales experience which includes customer relations and proposal preparation / presentation.   Degree in related field and /or green industry experience   Ability to build satisfied customer relationships & sell ancillary services. Understanding of budgets & performance goals. Must be able to interact effectively with others in a cooperative, team environment. Must be organized, customer oriented and responsive.   Strong interpersonal, communication (oral and written) and computer skills    required, including, Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with sales data bases.     Pesticide license a definite plus.
