Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Pay Rate: Competitive Reference Code: 1001147854 St Louis client is seeking a Concur Travel Expense expert for a project. The Travel Expense Solution Analyst/Consultant will be a member of a project team which is responsible for the implementation of a new travel expense reporting software (Concur Expense System) for all of the cleint's office in the USA and country offices in Latin America South, Asia Pacific, and Europe Africa regions. The Analyst will be involved in the design requirements for each country. This will require the Analyst to be proficient in the Concur system as well as the financial impacts of the expense report postings in SAP. There will be a high level of communication with Finance and IT management leads in each foreign office location.Required Skills: The Analyst must be able to understand basic transactional accounting, analyze expense reporting processes, and have a high level of verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience with the use and/or configuration of travel expense reporting software is a plus. Minimum of five (5) years of business experience: preferably in the areas of accounting, finance, and/or ITJob Skills Required: Accounting knowledge Ability to multi-task Re-prioritization and organizational skills High level of communication skills and experience both verbal and written Knowledge of internal control and best practice methodologies Deadline-driven and the ability to deliver results at or before a stated timeJob Skills Preferred: Knowledge/experience with Concur or other travel expense reporting tools SAP knowledge and understanding IT background/experience Teaching/Training experience Foreign language skills a plus Job experience in a corporate environment
