Business Analyst/Client Liaison (to 60’s)

Our client, a marketing and sales support organization, with offices in Raleigh and Charlotte, is actively recruiting for a very sharp and knowledgeable Business Analyst for a key role on its growing team.  This company, which offers customized programs that enhance the clients’ marketing strategies and sales support systems, is undergoing tremendous growth and expansion.  Seek a top-notch professional who thrives in an emerging setting to take on this key liaison role.

The Business Analyst, a newly created role, will interface directly with the client, gather requirements, and assess work flow needs.  This information will then be disseminated between the Client Services Support Team and the Technical Team in order to develop programs to address client needs.  In addition to being the “face of the company,” the BA will maintain the client work plan, identify resources required to accomplish the client tasks, manage timelines and budgets, manage information regarding project deliverables, track milestones, and maintain detailed documentation. 

Our client seeks a take-charge, get things done, professional who will bring a business savvy to the execution of project coordination responsibilities.  One who will offer the demonstrated ability to garner the cooperation and collaboration of multiple stakeholders to achieve shared success.  One who offers an unwavering commitment to client service and personal excellence.  In addition to the personal qualities noted above, this position will require a minimum of 3 years experience in a Business Analyst (or related role) ideally in a client services setting.  Outstanding organizational skills must be complemented by versatile and persuasive communicative abilities, strong focus on process improvement and insightful business judgment.  Tremendous growth potential for an outstanding candidate
