The Position
Duties:
• Review/audit all daily A/R invoices and all A/P edit journals prior to finalizing.
• Work with Human Resources Manager to process payroll and ensure that all retirement accounts are reconciled accurately.
• Review CCGA/CCOGC reports and prepare unpaid pool reports for the bi-weekly collections meetings.
• Audit general ledger and reconcile all Balance Sheet accounts.
• Prepare and enter monthly accrual journal entries and monthly Financial Statements.
• Prepare and file annual Business Property Tax Returns and oversee the preparation of 1099 reports.
• Assist Director of Finance/Administration in compiling year end packages to forward to Certified Public Accountant in a timely manner with complete accuracy.
• Assist with Property Tax audits and Workers Comp audits.
• May perform other tasks and analysis work as assigned by Director of Finance/Administration.


Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting/finance and supervisor experience necessary.
Skills: Knowledge of spreadsheet applications and modern office procedures and equipment is required.
Education: Required Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred.

Compensation
Salary: $60,000 + DOE
