TEST ENGINEERING ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN

 

Responsibilities:

· Work with test engineers on developing test fixtures and equipment

· Assemble test equipment

· Design test circuit card assemblies

· Build test fixtures, circuit cards and cables

· Create and maintain documentation (i.e. test procedures, drawings)

· Must be able test and troubleshoot electronic assemblies

· Must be able to read schematics

· Must be able to solder

· Must be familiar with PC applications

· Must be familiar with automated functional test equipment

 

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years experience as a test technician

· CAD systems

· Must have an AAS degree in electrical engineering technology

· Must be able to communicate well both orally and in writing

· Must be a team player and a self-starter
