The company designs and builds armored vehicles and subsystems for the U.S. Army, Marine Corps, and international customers, and is the defense industry's largest supplier of armored military vehicles.Description of Work: Supervise the manpower and activities of the Operations Engineering group.These to include: Managing evaluations and reports for the Product Engineering Department Assist in the establishment and enforcement of Goals and Objectives for engineering group Monthly status reports for Quality and Manufacturing engineering audits, non-conformances, Process enhancements Manage budget for department OME, Support hours Assign work and schedule activities Support lean, six sigma, and Kiazan events MRAP experience, Configuration management, CAPPS system, Start up experience, Lean systems, ISO 9001 knowledge,Job Requirements: Ability to motivate people.
